I am an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Travel and Tourism Management at the Lyceum of the Philippines University. I have always had a passion for the travel industry, and this academic pursuit allows me to deepen my knowledge of the sector while also gaining hands-on experience.
Since 2015, I have been working in customer service, with experience in both outsourcing companies and in-house roles. This extensive background has given me the opportunity to interact with a wide variety of clients and handle diverse customer needs. Throughout my career, I’ve managed accounts in both healthcare and travel sectors, which has not only sharpened my communication skills but also honed my ability to adapt to different industries and customer expectations.
In my role working with healthcare accounts, I’ve developed strong problem-solving abilities, as I often needed to address complex queries and provide solutions for individuals requiring assistance with their medical needs. On the other hand, handling travel accounts has allowed me to tap into my passion for tourism, where I assisted clients with booking travel arrangements, providing recommendations, and ensuring they had a seamless experience.
This combination of customer service experience in diverse sectors, along with my academic background, has equipped me with excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. I’ve become adept at managing customer expectations, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering high-quality service under pressure.
