With 10 years of Customer Service and Business Process Outsourcing work experience, I am able to develop and cultivate my skills in adapting to all challenging situations, efficient problem solving, communication skills, and multitasking. I have been trained to work independently in busy environments and also within a team setting as I have been working at home for 4 years now.
