I began exploring Microsoft Office when I was 14 years old, working as an assistant to my grandfather, who was an officer of the Knights of Columbus. This role lasted for seven years, during which I became proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and managing emails, despite not having formal training at the time.
During senior high school, I successfully earned my National Certificate III in Bookkeeping and started working as a part-time bookkeeper. I also gained hands-on experience as a computer technician at an emission center, further expanding my technical skills.
In college, I pursued additional learning opportunities and obtained certification from a Skills Enhancement Program. This formal training equipped me with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, QuickBooks, and Canva. Additionally, I earned a certification in the Data Privacy Act, demonstrating my understanding of data protection and compliance.
With my diverse experience and dedication to continuous learning, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively in administrative, technical, and bookkeeping roles.
