With over six years of experience in the BPO industry, I have developed strong expertise in customer service, insurance processes, and quality assurance. Currently, I am a Senior Process Executive specializing in home and auto insurance, assisting customers with policy inquiries, claims, and account management while ensuring excellent service delivery.
Previously, I worked as a Quality Analyst (QA) for three years, where I was responsible for auditing calls, conducting call calibrations, and collaborating with clients and QA teams to maintain high-quality service standards. This role strengthened my analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to enhance customer interactions through process improvements.
Now, I am looking to transition into freelancing, starting with part-time projects while gaining more experience in the field.
