Engr. Earl Gerald L. Gregorio, MSCE is a Licensed Civil Engineer with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Specializing in Structural Engineering. He brings expertise in structural analysis, reinforced concrete design, and advanced retrofitting techniques. He has worked on structural strengthening and rehabilitation projects, including retrofitting industrial buildings to improve seismic resilience and load-bearing capacity. His expertise includes load analysis, finite element modeling, and material optimization to enhance structural performance and durability. As an engineering consultant, he has conducted structural assessments, prepared bill of quantities (BOQ), and optimized construction costs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and building codes.
In addition to his consultancy work, Engr. Gregorio has served as a university instructor, teaching subjects such as Reinforced and Prestressed Concrete Design, Theory of Structures, and Geotechnical Engineering. His research on innovative strengthening techniques, particularly using natural fiber textiles for structural retrofitting, has been presented at international conferences such as EASEC-18 and IABSE Tokyo 2025. With proficiency in structural design software like AutoCAD, MIDAS Gen, and STERA 3D, he is committed to advancing resilient and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
