I’m an IT Support Specialist who’s used to handling everything on my own — from setting up networks and workstations to troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues in fast-paced environments. In my current role, I serve as the sole IT support for the entire organization, so I’ve learned how to be resourceful, fast, and reliable when solving problems.
I have hands-on experience with system deployment, OS reimaging, LAN/WLAN setup, Active Directory, and overall IT infrastructure support. I’ve worked on large-scale deployments of 700–800+ computers, while also handling day-to-day technical support, user onboarding, and asset management. I also have experience working with international stakeholders, so I’m comfortable communicating clearly and professionally.
What I do best is making sure everything runs smoothly — whether it’s fixing issues quickly, setting up systems from scratch, or improving processes to avoid problems in the first place. I’m detail-oriented, easy to work with, and I take ownership of my tasks.
