Hi! I’m -----------, but you can call me Rache. I worked in a BPO for almost 6 years both onsite and work from home set up. I worked as a customer service representative, our job was to help resolve our clients' concerns. In BPO, I worked with a financial account, ride hailing account, Airline account and Food delivery account. Within those years, I’ve developed my skills in communication, technical, adaptability and collaboration. I do know how to use office apps such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Sheets, and Canva.
