I have over 4 years of experience in the position of Surveillance Monitoring at Stealth Monitoring as Detection Specialist and Escalation Specialist.
While my time as a Surveillance Operator at my previous company, I gained an expertise in monitoring. I also have gained a skill of decision- making, multi-tasking, attention to detail and communication skill. I have an experience of one year as their Detection Specialist which monitors and detects suspicious and criminal activities on live feed cameras and gained expertise in using Geo Vision tool.
After being their Detection Specialist, I was promoted and worked for more than 3 years as their Escalation Specialist which is responsible for accepting calls from the operators and reviewing footages. I am also responsible with contacting their security personnel, dispatching Police, EMS and Fire on the property if necessary. I have an expertise with following protocols based on the client’s wants for their own properties. I have an experience with navigating google maps, 3CX phone business tool, TeamViewer and other monitoring platform that was developed by my previous company.
As for the Technical Support Representative, I have gained a skill of active listening, building connections with the customer snd providing a quality assistance on their concerns.
