I run operations for luxury jewellery brands -- the full stack, from inventory systems to customer workflows to the automations that connect everything.
Right now I manage ops for two premium jewellery houses across Shopify, Lightspeed POS, and custom-built integrations. That means:

Before this, I spent two years at Google as a Learning Specialist and Project Coordinator, where I designed training programs and managed cross-functional projects. Before Google, I handled billing operations at AT&T.
