My career journey began in 2018 when I started as a Property Specialist in a prominent real estate corporation. Through dedication and passion, I quickly rose to the top, earning recognition as one of the company's top-selling agents. This experience helped me develop strong sales expertise and customer relationship management skills.
After 2 years in real estate, I transitioned to the BPO industry, joining Alorica as a Customer Service Representative. Over the next 2 years, I honed my communication and problem-solving skills while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. My commitment and performance led me to a new opportunity as a Healthcare Specialist at Optum Incorporated, where I spent a year providing healthcare solutions and services to clients, deepening my knowledge of the healthcare industry.
Building on my expertise, I moved on to Sutherland as a Sales and Technical Specialist. In this role, I was privileged to handle one of the largest BPO accounts in the Philippines, AT&T. This experience sharpened my technical troubleshooting and sales abilities while reinforcing my ability to manage high-pressure situations and complex customer concerns.
Recently, I transitioned into working as an Executive Assistant (EA) for a client overseeing multiple businesses, including healthcare and Amazon arbitrage. Through my performance and leadership, I was promoted to Director of Client Success and Employee Success, where I became responsible not only for executive support but also for client relations, employee coordination, operational improvements, and ensuring overall business efficiency.
In addition to my EA responsibilities, I also serve as a Project Manager handling rental property operations. I manage rental properties using Buildium, coordinating maintenance requests, creating and tracking work orders, scheduling vendor visits, communicating with tenants, and ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations. This role allows me to combine administrative leadership, project coordination, and property management expertise.
