I help keep things running smoothly by managing orders, supplier coordination, and invoicing. My day-to-day tasks include:
Order Entry & Processing: I enter orders into our CRM based on what the customer has ordered through our Sales Agents or Customer Service team, ensuring all details are accurate.
Validating Orders on Shopify: I review and confirm orders in Shopify before they move to fulfillment.
Handling Purchase Orders: I send purchase orders to suppliers and make sure everything is on track for timely delivery.
Following Up with Suppliers: I stay in touch with suppliers to get tracking updates and keep the team informed.
Managing Artwork Approvals: I oversee the artwork approval process to ensure everything meets brand and product requirements.
Invoicing & Payment Follow-ups: I send invoices to customers and follow up on supplier invoices to keep payments and records in order.
I work closely with both the sales and operations teams to ensure orders are processed correctly, suppliers are aligned, and everything flows smoothly from start to finish.
