I have a broad and solid background as an HR Administrative function in various industries, including construction, educational institution, wholesale and retail marketing, and manufacturing, for eight (8) years. During these years, I have handled ALL HR FACETS, including but not limited to the end-to-end recruitment process; timely execution of employment letters such as employment contracts, appointment letters, regularization, and movements among others; developing and administering company policies and procedures; and being responsible for the strict implementation of the company's Code of Conduct and Discipline, memorandum issuances, and the like. I have coached and mentored team leaders as well as counseled employees and managers regarding conflict resolution and performance improvement. Additionally, I have conducted training and orientation for the personality development of employees and processed permits and all government requirements, such as enrollment, updates, loans, and registration with the Social Security System (SSS), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) using ORUS, Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG), and PhilHealth (PHIC).
I am also knowledgeable about DOLE-mandated rules and regulations and have attended Occupational First Aid and Basic Life Support. Furthermore, I have successfully completed the 40-hour BOSH Training for Safety Officer 2 and the Training of Trainers Workshop, a mandatory training requirement by OSH legislation under RA 11058 and Rule 1030 of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS). This training aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to identify safety, health, and environmental hazards; determine appropriate control measures; and develop and implement OSH policies and programs.
