I have worked in the BPO industry for almost five years now and acquired a wide variety of skills, including email writing, graphic creation via Canva and Photoshop, and customer service. Among the five years in the BPO industry, I have two years of experience using Canva and Photoshop and communicating with the client directly. I am also currently working as a data analyst and looking for a work from home job.
