I have worked as an IE Capacity Planner for 5 years in one of the top semiconductor companies in the Philippines. With those 5 years, I've been doing capacity assessment, business and data analysis to make sure that all resources are being utilized which is helping the company to maximize available resources that results to lesser inappropriate cost and increase in profit.
However, I am now aspiring to be a Data/Business Analyst. One of the strongest motivations for this transition is the rising need for data-informed decision-making across industries. As an Industrial Engineer, I possess valuable skills in streamlining processes, evaluating systems, and enhancing efficiency, abilities that are highly relevant to Data Analysis.
