I am a beginner level bookkeeping. I am transitioning from Associate Software Engineering in Accenture. We have a hybrid setup. I want to transition to full time work from home. I have background using the Microsoft Office 365. My past experience is support an SAAS application named Oracle Sales Cloud. We communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on support tickets, manage expectations and optimize support processes, implementing new tools or workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness. I am a fast learner and can easily adapt to any working environment.
