I have 4 and a half years experience in logistic operation and managing in a private company. I am the head manager in one of the branches. my task was to ensure smooth flow of the deliveries, ensuring the deliveries was on time and coordinating with the customers or owners if there is a delay or problem in the delivery. also making sure the peace and order of the warehouse, to lead and mentor employees i handled.
