I am an IT Technical Support Specialist with a strong foundation in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and IT operations across both corporate and academic settings. I currently work as an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist for a New York-based startup, providing remote IT support and automating monitoring and asset reporting for small to medium-sized companies across various industries.
My background includes hands-on roles as a Student Assistant and IT Support Intern at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and SITEL Philippines, where I developed core skills in system diagnostics, desktop support, and lab management.
In addition to my technical support roles, I also have experience as an educator, having supported school-wide IT operations, developed interactive learning materials, and advised a robotics club that placed in a regional competition at Antipolo City Senior High School.
I also work with various clients on project-based GoHighLevel CRM implementations, focusing on workflow automation and setting up Voice AI agents and ChatBots.
