I have a total of 6 years experience working as a Virtual Assistant. My work experience is in real estate and property management specifically with Airbnb and other Vacation Rental Properties. Most of the time I focus on replying guest inquiries, taking calls, updating scheduled cleans to our housekeeping team, reporting maintenance issues, making end of day report, cold calling and appointment setting. I also cater to email support, replying to customer's concerns and providing the best resolution for them in a timely and efficient manner. I handle day to day administrative tasks as well. I go above and beyond to make sure that everything is done in a timely manner.

My job description at that time mainly focuses on email management, phone support, assisting online orders, billing inquiries and validating pending transactions from customers.
