I have 7 years experience in call center industry, with 2 years experience in the Escalations department. I started working as a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant in 2022, continued to do roles as Executive and Project Development Assistant. I am experienced with Canva, a little bit of Wordpress, and some tools for Social Media like Instagram, Facebook, Later, and Hootsuite. Comfortable in using Google Calendar for managing tasks. I am a fast learner and can easily adapt to changes, so learning new tools won't be a problem.
