Aiming to become an excellent virtual assistant, I have gathered precious experience in customer care along with social media engagement. Previously, I worked in a BPO call center as an agent with Sutherland, here I learned all the required skills in eloquent communication and solutions to problems with customers while giving them the best experience possible. I have also worked as a social media correspondent where I learned a lot about online engagement in addition to content management.
