As an executive assistant, my primary responsibility is to support high-level executives by managing their daily tasks, calendars, communications, and administrative functions. While the specific tasks can vary based on the needs of the individual executive and the nature of the company, the role remains demanding and requires a keen attention to detail, exceptional multitasking abilities, and a high level of discretion. Over the past two years, I’ve come to realize that being an EA goes far beyond merely performing administrative duties; it requires the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
