I am a 37 years old professional from Manila, Philippines. I completed my second year of college at City College of Manila, pursuing a Bachelor's in Science in Business Administration majoring in Entrepreneurship with over five years of experience in the BPO industry. I worked in a various roles including Customer and Technical Support Representative for an E-commerce, Financial and Electronic campaigns as well as an Outbound Sales Representative for a telecommunications account before I promoted as a Training Team Leader a year and half in the company. I also gained experienced in the back office side of BPO industry as a Human Resources Associate and currently I am part of the Senior Escalation Team for a healthcare account where I have been working for over a year now
