My experience includes Airbnb and short-term rental operations, handling guest communication from pre-stay to post-checkout, managing calendars and reservations, coordinating cleaners and maintenance (including using Turno), and ensuring issues are followed through until fully resolved. I am comfortable working with SOPs, checklists, and task trackers to maintain accuracy and consistency across multiple properties.
