I am a Licensed Teacher by profession. Working Full time in a government school..Have been in service for 16 years already. Aside from teaching, I have been assigned on different programs of the school specifically on Learning and Development programs for Teachers. My tasked is to assess Teachers Advancement Gaps, Develop appropriate Learning interventions and trainings to address those Gaps,Setting Targets, Research and Facilitate trainings, Assist Colleagues in Achieving Targets and Prepare Assessment Reports on the effectivity of the trainings and assistance conducted.
