As a Medical Biller, I am responsible for the timely follow-up and collection of medical claims, ensuring reimbursement of claims from various insurance companies.
I work on claims and different denials. I work mostly on claims submission, charge entries, and claim rejections. I perform posting charges or claim creation and posting payments. Part of my job is to do some research and follow up on unpaid claims by calling insurance companies, review remits and EOBs, work on insurance verification and update patient’s information.
I am knowledgeable in different billing tools such as eClinicalWorks, ModMed, Greenway Intergy,Medi, E-Meds and Office Ally. I also know how to navigate different payer portals such as Availity, UHC, Cigna, NetHealth, and other portals.
I believe my prior experience and knowledge are plus factors to be an asset and a great help to the team. I am available to start the soonest and can work full time.
