I started my career as a call center agent way back 2018. My first job was a Technical Support Representative in Microsoft for a year and a half. Working with Microsoft helped me learn more about technologies and how to fix software errors as we performed troubleshooting for Windows and Office Applications.
After that, another opportunity was offered for me so I took the chance to become a Customer Service Representative / Sales Representative in AT&T to enhance my skills in communicating. There, we handled billing and sales issues.
After a year, I became a Fraud Specialist in Capital One for 2 years where we manage issues with billing and restrictions in cards of our customers. We performed verifications to help our customers unlocked their accounts and cards.
Then, I went back to Microsoft as a Sales Representative to enchance my skills in selling products and stayed for another 2 years.
