These roles demanded leadership, coaching, mentoring, team coordination, and the application of analytics to monitor progress and drive improvement.
In between roles, I took a purposeful career break (2015–2018) to focus on marriage and contribute to our family business, where I strengthened skills in time management, customer relations, budgeting, and operational support.
