Graduated fine arts with an advertising major, worked as a graphic artist (both in-house and freelance), and as a freelance 2d digital cut-out animator. I have no virtual assistant experience yet, however, I am C2 Proficient (EF SET English Certificate) and am very well-organized especially when handling and keeping digital files.
While I do not have any customer-support experience, I at least know how to communicate professionally and not escalate problems. I also know my way around a Windows computer, may it be hardware or software-related. I don't know every bits and pieces, but I know how to troubleshoot, or at least know how and where to find solutions, should there be any PC-related problems.
I may not have a very wide English vocabulary so I'd prefer non-voice tasks, but regardless, I'm very open for any VA-related training.
