I’m currently working as an Executive Assistant, supporting leaders with scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day administrative work.
Before this role, I spent several years as a Trainer, which strengthened my organization, communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities at once. I’m used to working with fast-moving teams, handling shifting schedules, and keeping things structured behind the scenes.
Most of my work involves:
- Managing calendars and coordinating meetings
- Handling inboxes and follow-ups
- Organizing documents and maintaining records
- Supporting hiring-related coordination when needed
I focus on keeping things organized and steady so leaders can focus on bigger priorities.
