Hi I'm Queenelyn Cavaneyro and was a prior authorization associates for almost 2 years in which I assist providers in creating authorization for patient for their diagnostic imaging, surgery and sleep therapy. I was also a provider support in which I assist providers if they are having some issues on their portal, walking them through on how to reset or unlock their account or if they are having some issues initiating prior authorization on their portal. Something that is interesting about me is that I can work under pressure and is amendable to work on shifting schedule.
