• Oversees day to day operations supervision 18 associates
• Implementation of leadership tactics to drive accuracy and quality of content moderation
• Accountable to overall team performance – quality, productivity, attendance, employee
retention and engagement
• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that contents are properly restricted and
categorized based on policies
• Collaboration with Training and Quality – weekly calibrations and necessary up-skilling
• Weekly and monthly performance reviews with Operations Manager
• Close partnership with HR in implementing policies, driving accountability and timely
performance evaluation of associates and payroll accuracy
