Hi, I’m Nikka Pauline Generalao. I’m a computer engineering graduate with experience in both front-end web development and administrative work. I have two years of experience as a front-end developer, where I worked with technologies like ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS to develop responsive web applications and turn designs into functional interfaces.
I’m also currently working in an administrative role, where I manage employee data and documentation using HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. I also provide recruitment support, including helping facilitate initial interviews and coordinating with candidates and employees. This experience has strengthened my organization, communication, and attention to detail.
I also have training in computer systems servicing, which gave me knowledge of computer installation, networking, troubleshooting, and maintenance. I’m interested in this opportunity because it allows me to apply my technical background while continuing to learn and contribute in a technology-focused environment.
