* eCommerce & Merchandise Operations
- End-to-end product listing creation, including gathering product data, images, and specs from vendors
- Updating and auditing Product Display Pages (PDPs) for accuracy in pricing, categories, and attributes (UPC, COO, etc.)
- Managing and editing purchase orders (POs) across multiple categories
- Invoice and PO validation
- Uploading product data into ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
- Running and analyzing missing attribute reports to ensure listing compliance
- Supporting dropship product uploads and onboarding
- Coordination with cross-functional teams (Brand Ops, Buyers, Sales, Fulfillment)
- Campaign execution support including bundles, discounts, and promotional mechanics
- SKU management, image and description updates, and inventory tagging
* Inventory, Logistics & Vendor Operations
- Supply and demand planning for aging and expiring inventory
- Creating and managing purchase requisitions (PRs), POs, and return orders
- Monitoring SKU performance, inventory health checks, and warehouse reconciliation
- Preparing inventory, performance, and aging reports for internal and vendor use
- Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
- Supporting refund/return resolution with 3PL and customer service teams
- Managing seller operations and providing operational solutions for key vendors
- Supporting onboarding/offboarding processes and shop compliance across platforms
* Partner & Merchant Onboarding / Support
- Verification and validation of merchant documents and account creation
- Processing partner requests including system modifications and credential access
- Tracking and reporting service level agreements (SLAs) and onboarding metrics
- Coordinating with Sales Support, Fulfillment, and Operations for seamless onboarding
- Driving process improvement and supporting system automation initiatives
* Data Reporting & Analysis
- Creation of reports related to Invoice, POs, SKU health, inventory aging, expiring stocks, and campaign readiness
- Conducting validations and reconciliations for return claims and vendor settlements
- Updating trackers and dashboards to reflect account statuses, onboarding progress, and fulfillment KPIs
- Identifying data gaps through audits and working with stakeholders to correct discrepancies
