Budget Analyst with 5-year experience in analyzing organization’s budget and looks for ways to allocate resources more efficiently to maximize profits.
Some primary duties includes:
•Preparing of annual budget and establishing and implementing budgetary controls.
•Analyzing budget proposals based on established procedures and guidelines on budgeting, procurement, accounting, auditing, and external rules and regulations.
•Evaluating requests for supplemental and reallocation of budget, determining sources of fund, preparing recommendations for approval, and issuing budget clearances.
•Monitoring budget utilization, preparing related budget monitoring reports, and identifying measures in improving budget execution.
•Developing, updating databases and performing task in Budget Management System and in other financial tools (e.g., Financial Accounting System - System and Application Product and Processes, excel-based databases).
•Providing support in the conduct of training of budget guidelines and procedures, budget consultations, and budget hearings in coordination with concerned organizational units.
