I help people and businesses run smoother. Over the last 4+ years in customer service and 2+ years as a virtual assistant, I’ve picked up skills in admin work, executive support, customer support, lead generation, cold calling, tech troubleshooting, research, and reporting.
What that really means is: I’m good at stepping in, figuring things out, and making sure clients and teams have what they need to succeed. I like solving challenges, finding better ways to do things, and keeping work moving without the stress.
