I have worked in the BPO industry for a total of 6 years and I was promoted as Team Leader and laddered up in back office as HR Officer. I got a job offer to become a Secretary of a local based Foreign Businessman where I managed his schedule, tutored English, helped hire workers and basically Secretarial jobs. A year later, I landed in a Managerial job and managed a Coffee shop.
