As a Program Manager, I’ve handled the full scope of academic program operations, from building and refining graduate-level curricula to organizing program events and making sure everything runs on time and within budget. I’ve worked closely with leadership and faculty, coordinated across departments, and managed the day-to-day logistics that often go unnoticed but are critical to a program’s success.
My role meant wearing many hats: I developed program calendars, managed assessment systems, prepared budgets, supported recruitment, and even worked on legal documents for partnerships. I also led a small team and made it a point to create a work culture rooted in clarity, accountability, and mutual respect. Whether it was mentoring a colleague, resolving internal concerns, or streamlining a slow process, I always focused on keeping things moving with purpose and heart.
What matters most to me, especially in remote or online work, is being known as someone reliable, proactive, and easy to work with. I believe in showing up consistently, solving problems before they grow, and taking ownership of both the big picture and the small details. I don’t wait around to be told what to do. I ask the right questions, take initiative, and find ways to add value.
I bring a systems-oriented mindset and a strong sense of follow-through. I thrive in roles where I can combine structure and creativity, and I take pride in being the kind of person people can count on to get things done, quietly, thoroughly, and with integrity.
