I have almost 3 years of experience working as Recruiter. In that 3 years I performed tasks such as sourcing, cold calling leads, interviewing potential candidates over the phone or through zoom, and I also did a little bit of quality assurance (checking sourced leads). I also have experience handling different ATS such as Workday, Bullhorn and SmartRecruiter.
