Recruitment
• Responsible for the?end-to-end?recruitment process (sourcing of applicants, phone screening/interview, initial interviews, assisting in final interview)
• Collaborate with hiring managers (both internal and client) to set qualification criteria for future employees.
• Assisting and scheduling Pre-Employment medical examination and antigen test for qualified applicants.
• Receiving applicant requirements and preparing bank endorsements for qualified applicants.
• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.???
• Responsible for initiating the?201-file?preparation in a timely and complete manner.?
• Plans employee orientation to foster?positive?attitude?toward Company goals.???
• Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans?
• Responsible for all company events within approved budget (company outing, team building, company anniversary, etc.)
Compensation and Benefits
• Evaluation monitoring and monthly update for project based, probationary and new project contract.
• Responsible for enrolment and deletion of HMO Accounts.
• Processing check request and last pay scheduling at DOLE.
