I’m a licensed pharmacist with over 10 years of experience in hospital, clinical and retail pharmacy settings. I built and scaled my own pharmacy business from the ground up—managing inventory, compliance, team operations, and direct patient care. That role shaped my strengths in leadership, problem-solving, and system development. I consider myself as an adaptable problem solver.


As my business matured, I began supporting international patients, including American insurance holders, Australian clients, and East Asian partners. I handled insurance coordination, prescription access, and documentation review—especially for dental and dermatology cases. This pushed me to train in medical billing and coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), EMR workflows (Kareo, Athenahealth, Practice Fusion, DR. Chrono, and a lot more), and HIPAA compliance.


Since then, I’ve handled outpatient coding scenarios, prior authorizations, and EHR-linked administrative work tied to foreign payers.


I served as a Care Coordinator – Virtual Medical Assistant for a growing Telehealth startup. In that role, I acted as the first point of contact for patients, manage scheduling and intake, coordinate with clinical and admin teams, and maintain accurate EMR documentation.
Beyond patient care, I work with no-code tools, explore LLMs and AI platforms, and build internal systems to improve efficiency. I believe small fixes prevent larger problems down the line.
