I've been working as a Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant in a mold cleaning company named Enviro Cleaning Inc.. I've been working for them for a year until my contract ended with them. My day to day tasks involves email management, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls for appointment setting, billing management, accounts receivables and accounts payables using QuickBooks desktop, travel arrangements and ordering stuffs online. Prior to this job, I've been a Technical Service Representative with Intuit QuickBooks. I supported both QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online.
