Oversee and monitor security platforms across multiple customer environments, leading alert triage, incident analysis, and response within Cyber Defence Center operations. Responsible for security hardening, baseline configuration management, and continuous improvement of SOC tooling, endpoint, cloud, and Microsoft 365 security. Support enterprise Windows and Linux environments, manage global security changes at scale, and advise customers on cyber risks, detection improvements, and overall security posture.
