on the experience side, my six years of remote work is a mix of online english tutoring, real estate liaison work, outbound calling/appointment setting, and social media support, graphic design, short-form video editing, content repurposing, administrative tasks, and customer service on top of that. tools i regularly use include canva, capcut, google workspace, hubspot crm, airtable, meta business suite, and various ai tools. i'm also a licensed professional teacher, which has made me naturally organized and clear in how i communicate.
