I am a co-owner and Operations Manager of a kitesurfing and wing foiling school based in Boracay, Philippines, owned alongside two other partners - a German and a French national. I specialized in managing client bookings, lesson scheduling, instructor coordination and daily operations. I am highly organized, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering excellent service, to ensure that every student enjoys a smooth, professional and unforgettable experience.
Our school operates for 6 months, during the windy season (Amihan or Northeast monsoon), which allows me the flexibility and time to take on a part-time role during the off-season.
I believe that my experience working closely with an international team and co-owners has strengthen my ability to adapt, communicate effectively and manage diverse environments while supporting the growth and success of our company.
