My work includes maintaining accurate records, reconciling loan accounts, preparing loan documents, and analyzing financial statements. I also support budgeting, forecasting, and internal audits, and I regularly coordinate with both the accounting and collections teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
I’m skilled in using financial software tools, especially QuickBooks, MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Canva, Google Workspace and social media paltforms which help me streamline tasks and generate reports that support business decisions.
With my long tenure in the company, I’ve grown into a reliable and experienced professional in administrative support, bookkeeping, and financial services. I’m also well-versed in record management, financial reporting, loan processing, and client service.
