Hi, I’m Joy Mae Laciste—a passionate and hardworking individual with experience in teaching, tourism, and customer service. I hold a degree in Tourism Management and have completed my Master’s coursework in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

As a TESOL- and TEFL-certified ESL teacher, I love making learning engaging and meaningful for students from all backgrounds. My past roles as a museum guide, university instructor, and customer service representative have helped me develop strong communication, people, and problem-solving skills.
