My background spans e commerce, customer support, and team leadership, including experience as an Operations Manager. I have hands on experience managing Shopify stores, including order processing, modifications, refunds, cancellations, and customer inquiries. I’ve worked extensively with platforms such as Zendesk and Commslayer, assisting customers through email and chat while ensuring a smooth and positive experience. I also have experience handling chargebacks through Shopify and reviewing disputes through PayPal Serenity, giving me valuable insight into both customer support and operational processes.
In addition, I have managed Trustpilot business accounts, where I actively work with dissatisfied customers to address their concerns and turn negative experiences into positive outcomes whenever possible.
