I am an industrial engineer focusing on data analytics and process standardization.
In my previous job, I helped my company determine the strengths and opportunities of its sales coordinators by creating dashboards to present KPIs and process metrics using Google Sheets to standardize the workflow and smooth operations. The project requires strong communication, leadership, and management skills.
Moreover, I trained the sales coordinator on skills that would help the management collect data and insight from them, such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides for report presentation.
I also lead other projects, such as email automation using AppScript and the development of training materials utilizing Canva.
In addition, my experience in customer service has greatly strengthened my overall communication skills.
