Hi there!
My name is Kristine, but you can call me Tin.
With over 10 years of professional experience, including the majority of the last decade dedicated to real estate virtual assistance, transaction coordination, and operations management, I have developed the skills and expertise needed to support high-volume real estate teams and ensure smooth, compliant closings from contract to funding.
My professional background began in customer service, where I spent nearly three years in the BPO industry supporting major accounts such as XM Satellite Radio, DirecTV, and General Motors. This experience strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills, which have been invaluable throughout my real estate career.
In 2016, I transitioned into the real estate industry as a Virtual Assistant for a Keller Williams Realtor in Madison, Wisconsin. Initially, I managed CRM systems including KW Command and Top Producer, handling lead management, database organization, drip campaigns, and lead research. As I demonstrated my ability to manage complex processes and maintain exceptional attention to detail, I was promoted to Listing and Transaction Coordinator.
In this role, I managed transactions from listing to closing, ensuring every milestone and deadline was met. My responsibilities included:
• Coordinating contracts, inspections, appraisals, title work, and closing schedules
• Managing transaction files and compliance documentation through Dotloop and cloud-based systems
• Communicating with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, title companies, and vendors to keep transactions moving forward
• Tracking critical deadlines and contingencies to ensure smooth and timely closings
• Updating MLS listings and managing marketing initiatives for active and sold properties
• Creating marketing materials and supporting listing presentations
My performance and leadership eventually led to my appointment as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), where I trained, mentored, and onboarded new Virtual Assistants, sharing best practices in transaction coordination and real estate operations.
I later advanced into a Transaction Coordinator and Operations Manager role for a California-based real estate investment company specializing in auction acquisitions, property rehabilitation, and resale. In this position, I oversaw day-to-day operations, coordinated multiple projects simultaneously, supervised tea-----------mbers, evaluated investment properties, delegated tasks, and implemented systems that improved efficiency and accountability across the organization.
Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for being proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. I am comfortable working independently, managing multiple transactions simultaneously, and maintaining excellent communication with all parties involved in the closing process. My goal is always to create a seamless experience for clients while allowing agents and investors to focus on growing their business.
I would welcome the opportunity to bring my decade of real estate experience, transaction coordination expertise, and commitment to excellence to your team. Thank you for your time and consideration, and I look forward to speaking with you.
