I have developed a strong set of skills through my experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, particularly in customer service and technical support. I maintain professionalism and take a creative approach to resolving issues, often thinking outside the box when assisting clients. I have handled a wide range of customers, including business owners in e-commerce and consumers from a well-known telecommunications company, and I am proactive in ensuring that both merchants and customers are satisfied with the solutions and recommendations provided.
I also have one year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, where I remotely supported a client running a dropshipping business. Following that, I entered the BPO field, gaining one year and five months of experience as a Customer and Technical Support representative for a UK telecommunications account, TalkTalk. I then spent two years with Shopify as a Merchant Support Advisor and was promoted to Senior Support Advisor, a role I held for one year. Most recently, I worked as a Sales Representative for Verizon under Accenture for 6 months. I am currently re-entering the remote work field and am glad to be working with a well-known and trusted U.S.-based brokerage as a Contracting Agent. In this role, I ensure that agents’ data is kept up to date and that they are properly informed about their appointments in the Medicare field.
